Bill spent over 20 years as the Stoughton Town Accountant. Prior to that, he was Assistant Town Accountant and Chief Procurement Officer in Braintree where he worked with Eric. Before entering local government, he spent 9 years with the accounting firm Cicoria & Company performing municipal and nonprofit audits as well as preparing corporate and individual tax returns. He has been a licensed certified public accountant in Massachusetts since 1994. He is designated as a certified governmental accountant by the Massachusetts Municipal Auditorsā€™ and Accountantsā€™ Association. He is an educator for and past president of that organization. He holds a bachelorā€™s degree in modern languages from Fairfield University and a graduate certificate in accountancy from Bentley University.
