John has more than 30 years of experience in municipal finance and fund accounting. Most recently, he served as the Finance Director and Town Accountant for the town of Palmer. He is a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Auditors' and Accountants' Association (MMAAA) and holds the Certified Governmental Accountant (CGA) designation. John earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College's Carroll School of Management (CSOM) and his bachelor's degree from Stonehill College, where he was also inducted into the college's Athletic Hall of Fame.

Bill spent over 20 years as the Stoughton Town Accountant. Prior to that, he was Assistant Town Accountant and Chief Procurement Officer in Braintree where he worked with Eric. Before entering local government, he spent 9 years with the accounting firm Cicoria & Company performing municipal and nonprofit audits as well as preparing corporate and individual tax returns. He has been a licensed certified public accountant in Massachusetts since 1994. He is designated as a certified governmental accountant by the Massachusetts Municipal Auditors’ and Accountants’ Association. He is an educator for and past president of that organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in modern languages from Fairfield University and a graduate certificate in accountancy from Bentley University.
